What Happens After You Reach Out
- I'll ask where you are. I work in Templeton and the surrounding towns, so that's the first thing I check.
- I'll check my schedule and send you a time. A real one, not a four-hour window.
- I'll text you 10 to 15 minutes before I pull in.
- I'll look at the problem and tell you what I see. You'll know the price before I start, and if anything changes partway through, you'll hear it from me during the job.
What Helps When You Reach Out
- Your town
- What's going on and when it started
- Whether you've shut the water off
If It Can't Wait
Water leaking right now? Shut off your main water valve if you can reach it safely, and stay clear of anything electrical that's gotten wet. Then call or text me.
Smell gas? Leave the house first. Don't turn lights or appliances on or off, and call 911 once you're outside.
Water coming up in the street or yard, before it reaches your house? That may be the water utility's side of the line. In Templeton, call Templeton Light & Water at (978) 939-5323. In other towns, call your water department.
Before You Call: Am I the Right Plumber?
I work on homes and small commercial jobs. Large commercial and industrial jobs need a full crew, and that's not what I've built.
Drain backups go to your septic company or a drain cleaner. If you're not sure which, call me and I'll tell you what I think.
